Tameka is by far the best therapist I’ve seen in my 35 years of getting therapy. She has a passion for helping others and she knows what she’s doing. I will never go anywhere else.
Tameka is very good at what she does. My chiropractor recommended that I get a message prior to my next chiropractic appointment to fix an existing problem so that the muscles would hold the adjustment. The deep tissue massage I got really helped fix the problem and addressed other muscular issues.
I had a chair massage today from Just Massage and Wellness at the Senior Network Candy Cane Stroll. This was one of if not THE best chair massages I’ve ever had. She immediately zeroed in on the most troublesome spots, made me feel relaxed and comfortable in a busy mall, and was able to relieve some of pain in the short time we had. If I wasn’t from out of state and returning home tomorrow, I would have booked a full massage! I highly recommend Just Massage and Wellness!!
Great Massage Therapist! Truly Tameka Enoch has gifted hands. My experience was great. I will definitely visit just Massage and Wellness again soon. I Highly recommend booking an appointment soon!
