I got extensions gel nails. Last time they lasted over week. This time they chipped by the end of the day. I was so sad. I went on my trip and they were all chipped by then, 2 days later. I wasn't being rough or doing anything strenuous with them, they just chipped.

I got my nails done here yesterday, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. While I was hoping for a relaxing appointment, the nail technician was quite rude and made me feel uncomfortable throughout the service. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the work, and I did not feel welcomed or respected as a client. I believe everyone deserves to be treated politely and professionally. Based on my experience, I would not return and hope the salon works on improving how customers are treated.

This review is strictly based on getting a pedicure :) my credentials is that I’ve been getting shellac pedicures once every two months for the last five years, in other towns/cities. And unfortunately I won’t be returning back here. I called an earlier in the day and asked if they had any availability today for a shellac pedicure, and I was told 2pm. I got to the salon just before 2pm, and when I told the person at the front I had an appointment, he said “hmm I’m not sure about that”. Eventually he found my name and double ... read more
