Disappointing experience with this company. Rang for a loft boarding quote but when I told them where I lived, they refused to come out as they don't work in this area. When I queried why, they told me they once had a van stolen from around here so now no longer work in this part of Cardiff. This is a very pretentious attitude to have when crime occurres in all parts of Cardiff regardless of postcode. Excellent workmanship for hatch surround, ladder, boarding. I was quote for ‘half a Loft’ I got just FOUR pieces of boarding. I rang to query & he said he was on holiday & would ring back. No chance he’d taken my money. . BEWARE WHAT THEY QUOTE FOR !
Just Lofts topped up insulation to the recommended depth in my loft today - arrived on time, nice tidy job and only took an hour. Very reasonable quote and a pleasure to deal with - recommended 👍

Just lofts installed my positive input ventilation system in October. It works very well and does the job. The team installed it in under 2 hours and left no mess. They were very friendly and considerate of my house. I've had the best communication with Mark the owner and he helped me in an emergency when Storm Bert caused a leak into my loft which went onto the ventilation system and into my stairwell.
