Dont bother calling they are rude and wont hive you any help or info over the phone they just tell you to go to the website.
Very helpful and friendly and made our process extremely easy. Owners answered all of our questions and offered great customer service each time we were there. Excited About the new Gates also!!!
They don’t tell you that they require a 30 day notice that you’re moving out, although their website states that they only need to be notified before the 1st of the month. They’ll charge you for the next month, and be completely non-responsive when you ask for a refund. I moved out of my unit and notified them of doing so almost a full month before the first of November, and even still paid in full for the month of October even though I only used the unit for about a week.
