I rented a party bus for a friend's birthday celebration- the bus took us from NOVA to DC to the 9:30 club, and then to a few other small/quick stops. It was a great experience! Good evening, I am writing to formally address a series of issues that occurred on Saturday, December 21st, regarding the party bus service arranged by my sister for a brunch outing in Washington, DC. I rented a party bus for 4 hours for my son birthday party and 4 days before the party i tried to pay my balance their card machine was down . (So i decided to pay cash app on the day of pick up )i get a call 5 hours before the party talking about the party bus that was picking us up was in a crash the night before so they can cancel my reservation or i can just use another bus for pick up then they have to leave and hurry up and pick up somebody else and they will send a different bus to pick us up after that bus drop there... read more
