I wasn't going to write a review but after reading some reviews from other people I feel that I have to add this as well the bus was cool and the driver was great however my issue is when I went to pay the final deposit I was told that the credit card machine was down I actually saw this in another review and I feel like it's a scam to avoid anybody making any disputes if something went wrong. I requested a service on July 19th to DC. Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience . The driver,Mike, was driving recklessly, very disrespectful to my guests, and overall was not pleasant. Prior to this experience, my guests were willing to book services with you all in the future. Hopefully, I will hear back from you all to discuss my concerns.

I rented a party bus for a friend's birthday celebration- the bus took us from NOVA to DC to the 9:30 club, and then to a few other small/quick stops. It was a great experience! The bus was in impeccable condition (so fun and gorgeous inside!), the driver was professional, nice and fun (he was on-time and easily accessible for every pick-up and was completely accommodating of our group). Good evening, I am writing to formally address a series of issues that occurred on Saturday, December 21st, regarding the party bus service arranged by my sister for a brunch outing in Washington, DC. I rented a party bus for 4 hours for my son birthday party and 4 days before the party i tried to pay my balance their card machine was down . (So i decided to pay cash app on the day of pick up )i get a call 5 hours before the party talking about the party bus that was picking us up was in a crash the night before so they can cancel my reservation or i can just use another bus for pick up then they have to leave and hurry up and pick up somebody else and they will send a different bus to pick us up after that bus drop there... read more
