Wow, If I could give less than this one star for the service I've received from this company I would. I used to buy this product on Amazon and when it wasn't offered there, I sent them a check. Nearly a month after my check has cleared, I can get no response from them by email or by phone as to when I might receive my delivery. Their product may be Kosher but the way they run their business certainly isn't. As a business I placed an order and waited almost 2 months, to give them time, to fill it. Now I can't reach a single person within their company! No one answers the phones or emails. Luckily I made my initial order a small one and on a credit card so I could just do a charge back. I love this product but will NEVER order directly from them again. Their customer service is horrendous!!! It's been over a month since I placed the order, and was charged immediately, but never received the package. You can't email or speak to anyone directly. It's ridiculous and a shame. Since then I've found other purchasing sources. Still don't know if I want to support their biz .
