This place had good reviews so I decided to give them a try. I made an appointment, showed and the shop was closed. So I sent a text, no response. Someone pulled up and was on the phone with the owner and I’m assuming and told me to go to the side - he’ll be there. Waited about 15 minutes, called - he said he cancelled my appointment because I didn’t show up. Huh? And then was like “I’m on another job right now and won’t be there for another hour or so. I called and left a message within 5 minutes LA called me back. He explained his different types of tints he had and the percentages to me. I was able to set up a appointment later that day. LA was ready to go as soon as I showed up. He was professional. He showed me my options and I decided on Titanium at 20%. After that LA got to work. He took his time and his cuts were laser straight. Service was quick and the agent was kind. I was able to get a same day appointment(12/8/25) which helped my schedule. I'm seeing bubbles a few hours later (now that it's daytime). My stars are for the polite service, but I'm on the fence with the tint itself. HOPEFULLY this is can be corrected. Updated 12/9/25, my small issue was graciously corrected with a smile. A+ service. I'm pleased with my tint. I would return.
Booked a late night appointment for a single window & got an immediate response. Quick , friendly & convenient service. LA did an amazing good job, cut was clean , no bubbles or peeling. Definitely will be returning to get my other car & son’s car serviced.
