Mike responded quickly to my phone inquiry. His onsite quote was fair. He and Rodrigo came by shortly afterwards and completed the drywall patching job (from pipe re-routing) at my house proficiently and efficiently. Had a large wall mirror removed from the bathroom and left a great deal of damage to the dry wall. I contact JUST LIKE NEW General contractor name Michael Bordy owner for the job. The bathroom is two tones. The team masked off the ceiling from the wall perfectly. Once the repair in the texture was done, you couldn't tell that it had ever been damaged. My choosing this company all boiled down to 2 things: Experience & Credibility! (30+ years in the business, very favorable reviews & ratings). I needed stucco repair done on an outside wall a plumber had to knock out to repair a clean-out tee. Mike and his helper did a great job in repairing ceiling damaged by roof leak and also repaired 3 sections of drywall cut out to repair slab leak. Very happy with the repair and quality of workmanship at a fair price.
