I liked the workers but hate the billing. The guy didn’t show up on Monday A. M. I was not offered any kind of discount and I still don’t know why he didn’t show. They did apologize and sent a new worker. I wanted to cancel Thursday and Friday as my husband was coming home early. Make sure you know your billing as they were willing to cancel but still were charging me so we kept the service. That is extortion pure and simple. Love the workers, hate the billing.
My parents got into a car accident and needed help while i was at work. the services provided by this companies and the ladies that came to our house, took care of us so well that the house is spotless. i am more than happy to call this service next time in need and will recommend this service to anyone who needs this type of service.
Jackie has warmed up to the care provided right away. A little personal conversation from the provider before she engages with her client, my mother with dementia. I do recommend this service 100%
