Just lift was exactly what I was looking for when I was searching for a new gym! I love how the workouts are already planned for me and all I have to do show up! The coaches are amazing and really push you to be the best version of yourself! I’ve also met amazing people here! Sign up, you won’t regret it!
2025 - update I have been going to Just Lift Coral Springs for 4 years and I love it. The location is extremely convenient, and the Coaches and Staff are amazing. The coaches, Nicole, Amy, Jenn, and Dale are extremely knowledgeable. Each has their own personality. Nicole always with the words of wisdom and accountability. Amy can’t say enough about her, but appropriately, inappropriate and the costumes are some things that make her unique. I have been terrified about lifting weights for a long time. I'm self conscious about my body, which causes me some anxiety when stepping foot in a gym. Just lift has been a place where I can just come in, be myself, and leave my worries behind. The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive, always encouraging me to try and do better. I have felt (and seen) a huge growth within myself, and I'm forever grateful.
Amazing gym. Takes the guess work out of planning your workouts. Coaches monitor and video your form and progressions. Love this place!!
I never looked forward to working out until I found Just Lift. Life changing in so many ways. The coaches are all fantastic, Nicole has built a team and a community. Check it out!
