I’ve been working out at this gym on and off for several years now. The trainers are spectacular, the workouts are always well crafted and the people care about how well you do! Nicole has poured her heart and soul into this gym and it really shows! Highly recommend

Absolutely love Just Lift! The energy is unmatched, the coaches are incredible, and the community is so motivating and welcoming. Nicole, the owner, is amazing and she truly sets the tone and makes everyone feel supported and empowered. So grateful to be part of this gym!

Just lift got me sore the last time I went there in the Boca location. I want to try to come back because I really liked it and I can build more muscle.
