I've been a loyal member since 2022, so this review comes from a place of genuine care for this gym. The recent upgrades are a welcome improvement and show potential. However, there are real frustrations that need to be addressed. On hot days, the A/C is consistently off, which makes workouts uncomfortable and, frankly, unsafe. On top of that, charging fees for card payments feels nickel-and-diming your members. A gym's strength lies in its culture and community, not in squeezing extra cents out of regulars. Huge gym. Has many options for your workout. Biggest issue is the machines and equipment are very old. Some are out of order. Also have to say I only saw one person wiping down after thier workout.

This gym sucks big time, staff is very rude and the hot tub has gross stuff at the bottom of it as well as the equipment being old, yesterday I was in a rush somewhere and asked if I could use the bathroom (usually I would have went somewhere else but I had to catch a bus) really quick and the staff lady was very rude to me and made fun of me in front of her own friends who they were all chatting with instead of actually doing their jobs they didn’t even greet me when I came in the door instead the main staff girl just stare... read more
