My son had an appointment yesterday and I just want to share our experience. Due to my son's melt down on yesterday, it didn't dawn on me until later on how horrible the experience was. Unfortunately my son had to be held down, but it made me realize how autism training is needed in dental settings. With autistic kids you have to build rapport/trust first.
