We visited this clinic twice. Our first visit was positive, but the second experience was upsetting for my six-year-old daughter. I initially thought that a dark spot on her tooth might be a cavity. It took several attempts to get the dental X-ray, and my daughter was clearly uncomfortable and trying to hold back her tears. Unfortunately, we felt that the dentist was visibly impatient and offered very little reassurance. Dr Coomar and Dr Pande are the definition of ethical, compassionate, patient-centred paediatric dentists. Being referred to them after seeing 2 other paediatric dentists was an absolute blessing. Before finding Just Kids Dental, I received two completely different treatment plans for my son, which left me feeling overwhelmed and confused. We got referred here by our local dentist as my son required a bit work done (fillings + extractions). We had such a great experience here, my son is 5 years old and had to come in about 4 times in the span of a month. Each visit he left smiling and happy and he was happy to attend the next appointment. We’ve had consistently wonderful experiences at Just Kids Dental. After a bad experience with our previous dentist, my son was reluctant to try another dentist but Dr Kris was incredibly patient and understanding, helping him feel comfortable and at ease. Now, returning to the dentist every 6 months isn’t a problem at all. We currently see Dr Anu, who has been amazing with both of my children. This is our second time bringing my child here for a dental check-up. Dr Anu is very patient, professional and caring, and makes my child feel completely at ease and not afraid of visiting the dentist. I was honestly a bit surprised to see some negative reviews, as we came here based on recommendations from other mums.
