Receptionist Kelly very rude. Rude upon greeting, rude when I needed to call back to the office with questions.
I had to wait an hour past my appointment time and then the doctor seemed rush. On top of that, the staff was rude, not very welcoming and friendly and tried to rush me through. I wish I had read the reviews before coming to this appointment.
I took my mother to a follow up review yesterday to see myself how he was. Wish I had read the reviews before hand and would not have waisted 2 hours of travel time... He spent 5 minutes in the room if that. Was unaware of her issues he treated her for, test she had asked for results he seemed to not care. Didn't show concern over a fall she was still bruised up from or other issues related to her problem. He did't even talk loud enough for her to hear what he even asked her. Very cold to her and me. As a nurse practitioner, I have never been so disappointed in a physician in my life. He was so arrogant, when I asked a question he ignored me and asked if I knew what I was talking about. Walked in the room, didn’t introduce himself, I had to ask who he was. So unprofessional. I would not recommend him to ANYONE.
He was very late arriving at his office. He was unprepared to address a referred patients needs. The office was filthy.

The most rude, hateful individual I have ever encountered in a hospital. People in a hospital are scared and sick and there is zero excuse to ever be disrespectful. He needs immediate professional training on how to interact with people in a compassionate, professional manner. I felt like he wasn't listening to what I was saying and seemed distracted. The staff was rude and wasn't very professional. It felt like a rushed visit.
