I would give negative star if possible. I just paid all the outstanding balance and got a new letter 3 weeks later indicating over $1k of balance due. How is that legal? That’s way above federal interest rate. What can we do as a consumer!!!???
For the past 10 days I've been calling and your key selection is not working. unable to talk to representative to pay. I have tried with different numbers and same issue going on. please fix that asap.
Not professional
They illegally foreclosed on my home and then hindered my ability to redeem my property under Nevada law. I was forced to file a chapter 13 to keep my home. They failed to send certified notices and proper accounting details which has led me to file a lawsuit against them.
Ridiculous fees & never actually received a single letter that they sent in the mail which is supposed to be certified. Put a lien on my house for missing an HOA payment that was on auto pay. Never received a call or email or even mail from anyone.
