I can’t say enough good things about Lee at Just Jewels. I rescheduled multiple times (and even showed up at the wrong address once!) but he was so incredibly flexible and accommodating, never making me feel bad about it. When I finally came in, he was an absolute sweetheart in person—patient, kind, and genuinely passionate about his work. He took the time to explain each piece and the process behind it in such a human and approachable way. It was such a lovely experience, and Lee is truly a gem himself. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience selling my gold jewelry to Lee. From the beginning of the evaluation process to the end, he walked me through each step with care and expertise. I felt comfortable in knowing his care for the customer would mean I was getting just the right price for my gold. I asked many questions regarding the jewelry industry, and he thoughtfully shared his insights. I would 100% sell here again.
