We called to inquire to purchase a part for a vehicle, father has a language barrier and simply asked if someone was available in Spanish due to heavy accent. Instead of simply saying “no” he proceeded to say this is America speak English started to yell and be derogatory, what an ugly despicable human, very angry very miserable obviously.
