When you are promised a refund/exchange TWICE for a faulty product then the ‘manager’ on the day decides…nah we’ll give you a $20 voucher. Your word is all that you are. When you go back on your word it says sooo much more about you than anyone else. NEVER going back. Disgraceful company. Shame on you. Rowville is a wonderful community and deserve better.
This is a smallish Just Jeans store located in Stud Park shopping centre. It has a good amount of stock, but obviously not as good as a larger store in a bigger shopping centre - nonetheless, I’m sure that if you enter the store with something in particular in mind, you may just find it, if you can’t, the staff are very friendly & helpful in helping you track your item down.
The two young ladies in there were very polite and helpful
