I was in the store for ten minutes listening to two staff members discuss the races, and who won while watching it on their phone behind the counter. No one acknowledged me, approached me or made eye contact. I’ve been in retail for over thirty years and I’ve never seen such disgusting behaviour and a complete lack of service. Absolutely appalling. Stores are struggling to hit budgets due to lack of spending. Today, was a lack of service!!
Came in today at my wits end trying to find jeans that fit my body shape and received such amazing service from a lovely blonde lady with glasses (I am so sorry I didn’t catch your name!) who totally understood what I was looking for and was just incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you so much to that member of staff for making me feel seen and making clothes shopping a painless experience for once!
