As a short person I find it difficult to find jeans that I don't have to do alterations to. But I had the pleasure of being assisted by Agnes who provided me with many petite length jeans to try on and went up and down the ladder still with a smile. Thanks Agnes for helping my shopping experience be less stressful ☺️

Kate and the team were so kind and helpful. I had an unsuccessful weekend shopping for jeans and felt so defeated trying to find the right ones for myself. I went to Just Jeans Penrith on my lunch break and Kate was so awesome in assisting me. She suggested different styles/sizes that suited my body shape. Biggest thank you to Tina at Just Jeans Penrith. As an autistic woman who had not purchased a new pair of jeans since pre-COVID, I walked into the store scared of too much choice. Tina was great, she saw I was not comfortable, and quickly helped with size, then narrowed down the choice. I walked out with two of the same jeans. Thank you Tina, your compassion made the process so much easier, one could only wish that other stores were equally considerate. Five Stars
