Great customer service experience at this store. My mum was shopping for some new clothes and Russell was a huge help, very professional. He made us feel welcome to come back anytime.

Shit service they just walk past you was in there for 15 min and had people come in after me and was offered help to multiple people even had two lady's helping one lady and just basically ignored me and my wife walked out will go somewhere with better service
For the past 20 yrs my wife and I havebeen buying my Levi’s from just jeans.. we always get exceptional service from the young girls, however during my most recent visit last week I was utterly disappointed, we stood in front of the jean wall clueless.. not one lady greeted us or offered to help (wasn’t busy), I then asked for some assistance .
