Fabulous service yesterday afternoon by Lisa. The store was quite busy but she greeted everyone and found what they were looking for quickly and efficiently. Very friendly service.
I had such a beautiful experience here with Holly(?), the younger woman with a labret piercing - she was so kind and reassuring and most of all so helpful! Jeans shopping is never fun for me and she made me feel so comfortable and I ended up with some lovely jeans and some tops! Thanks so much for your help🩷
The best customer service I’ve received in a long time!! Lisa and Leanne took over 1 hour to help me find the perfect pair of jeans!
They must work on commission here because I bought a pair of jeans and Leanne asked me 4 times if I wanted a second item half price. Really pushy and annoying. Can’t stand that type of sales method. Will never be back.
