I visited the Joondalup store yesterday and Jodee was just delightful. I struggle to find jeans that fit and usually walk out with nothing but Jodee was amazing, friendly patient and had a great sense of humour - 20mins later I walked out with a perfectly fitting pair of Levis and a lovely summer top. Old fashion customer service is such a rare thing these days. Thankyou Jodee and make sure you look after this staff member jeans west - she’s a gem!! 😊
