Absolutely great service from the staff. They know their stuff and have great deals.
Staff are rude, I went in today to buy a jacket, when I was there the lady said their system was down, fair enough lots of places systems were down today, I asked if I could pay cash for the jacket, like I had done at other places, she said how can I take cash if the system is down very crudely. I was a bit shocked, seemed reasonable that they would take the cash and make a note of the item code to put through later, either way it was her rude tone that made leave.
The ladies in the Joondalup store were so helpful and super friendly .
