The service here is amazing!! Came in around 11am today and the wonderful team here couldn’t do enough for us. My wife tried on every pair of jeans known to man, and the team were helpful, polite, patient, knowledgeable and made our whole experience super enjoyable and relaxing. Probably the best retail experience I’ve had in years.

A busy Saturday morning, peak time and the staff were absolutely smashing it! Even with all change rooms full I felt like I was getting the help I needed and really helped me find the jeans I wanted even tho I had to try a lot on to find the pair I wanted. Im from Melbourne and the stores there are good but never this smoothly run!
Dee was fabulous helping us shop today! Staff were great, and knew their products but the store itself needs some TLC & aircon. We felt very hot in there as it very stuffy. Surely an OHS issue for staff head office?
🕸️ website shows clearly that shop closes at 5pm on Sunday. We arrived at the store at 4.15 and doors were shut. I rang the store and they said because it was quiet that the store had closed early.New exactly what I needed style and size but still refused to open. Pretty poor service.
