Visited this store on Monday and the kiwi lady that served me was the most rudest person I’ve ever come across, she didn’t give me the time off day , this used to be my go to store but never again will I step into this shop, if you don’t like your job lady move on you don’t deserve to be in customer service

Helensvale Just Jeans is the only shop I'll go too! Christie and Ashleigh are fantastic. I shopped the sale yesterday and left with 4 pairs of jeans and 8 tops... top notch customer service, the store is always clean and really easy to find what you are looking for. Christie has served me on multiple occasions and I cant recommend her enough. Always friendly and super helpful. Go to Helensvale if you want 10 star service. Thank you girls for an amazing shopping experience
The lovely Blonde German lady is amazing, helpful, friendly and her customer service skills are 10 star, 5 stars is all I could give, every time I come here she’s helpful and I always buy something
