I had a very good experience at just jeans Essendon DFO. It was so crowded there and hard to find correct size and jeans but the store manager Hayden provided exceptional customer service. He helped us find the correct size and type of jeans we were looking for. Thank you Hayden for your assistance.
The staff here were quite rude. They seemed to assume that I couldn’t speak English and openly spoke negatively in front of me, which made for a very uncomfortable experience. I would not recommend this store and will not be returning. The visit simply wasn’t worth my time. What disappointed me most was being criticized for unfolding items from the mixed-sale section. Judulnya Hanya Jeans, tapi dijual juga bahan2 lain/model lain seperti kemeja, kaos, rok, dll. Murah2 sih karena lagi ada diskon. Ada yang lumayan bagus tapi gak sreg juga mau beli. Padahal murah cuma 10 AUD... tapi gak terlalu pengen beli. Karena modelnya biasa aja...
