The customer service at this store is incredible. Exchanging and returning items really shows where this store goes over and above. Anyone can be pleasant when they are taking your money in exchange for goods, but it's a different story when there's an issue or complaint. The way my issue was handled was by far the best customer complaint experience I've ever had. My item was replaced on the spot with no paperwork or even receipt.
