Staff spent the whole time having personal conversations and didn’t offer any help at all. Continued talking even when we took our jeans to the counter to pay. We were the only 2 customers in the store. Dreadful customer service.
I had a great shopping experience today thanks to Kyle. He was very friendly, professional, and extremely helpful in assisting me to find the right pair of jeans. Kyle had excellent knowledge of the products and provided great advice throughout the process. His positive attitude and outstanding customer service made shopping a pleasure. Thank you, Kyle, for making my visit so enjoyable. I will definitely be back!
There was a really nice tall guy with curly hair. I just want the manager to know he has excellent customer service skills. He was really helpful in finding me just the right size and style.
One of the best experiences I have had in a clothing store. I am plus-size and before walking into Just Jeans at Doncaster this afternoon, had been to three stores and walked away finding no jeans in my size, so I was certain I wouldn't find anything. I walk into Just Jeans, the lovely attendant asks what style and size, and pulls *a bunch* of jeans for me to try in different styles in my size. I literally cannot say anything else besides the fact that Alex is a literal angel on earth. As a petite girl finding a proper pair of jeans that fit me and make me feel good in every way has been one of the hardest tasks. I walked in to just jeans with an idea in mind and Alex got straight to it, helping me pick out 5 pairs to try and listened to my every request.
