It was a very pleasant shopping experience today. I was greeted with warm welcome and I appreciated how helpful and professional Alex when I was trying to find a pair of jeans that suit me. It’s very rare to come across such personable service these days so thanks Alex very much and I’ll be back to pick up those jeans that you recommended!
Staff spent the whole time having personal conversations and didn’t offer any help at all. Continued talking even when we took our jeans to the counter to pay. We were the only 2 customers in the store. Dreadful customer service.
I had a great shopping experience today thanks to Kyle. He was very friendly, professional, and extremely helpful in assisting me to find the right pair of jeans. Kyle had excellent knowledge of the products and provided great advice throughout the process. His positive attitude and outstanding customer service made shopping a pleasure. Thank you, Kyle, for making my visit so enjoyable. I will definitely be back!
There was a really nice tall guy with curly hair. I just want the manager to know he has excellent customer service skills. He was really helpful in finding me just the right size and style.
