I went into the Albany store to have a look around & the store manager was sitting on a chair behind the counter on his mobile phone. I received poor customer service ( only a quick hello, no open ended questions nor did he give a name) and the store was a mess. Very disappointing to see the state of the store as an ex employee, the standards have dropped immensely. I have attached photos of proof,, included is the messy tables and walls and the manger sitting on his phone.
this store has definitely changed and not for the better. shame head office can’t see this…
