I needed more sizes and styles but there was no help. Everyone else was getting served. I understand it was busy as a public holiday but she told me she would come back to me in the change rooms and didn’t.
Excellent service from the staff. They were all very helpful and knew their products.
My mother and I came in during a sale of there's recently and their only staff member on was Ella, she was amazing!! Super helpful, very knowledgeable on insems, elastic and cotten and washing certain fabrics and colour types. She managed myself my mother and two other people in the change rooms and helped us all find what we liked whilst going in and out of the storage multiple times for us, so now I know if I'm in need of denim but don't know what, I will be back to ask her. In under half an hour I got the best service imaginable. Quicker than online shopping. Exceptional customer service by Sasha. She knew exactly where to find the style of jeans that I wanted. She found them, I tried them on, done. Just Jeans Eastland have a gem with Sasha. I'm sure the other lady in the store wouldve been just as helpful, as she came back from her break and immediately asked if i had been looked after. So 2 gems in store.
