Went in to the Eastland store not knowing what style would suit. I was served by Gabby - explained the JeansWest style that suited me and that I needed a tall variety - the very first pair she brought out was absolutely spot on. Excellent shopping experience today, Having said that however, they're always awesome. Today it with a person named Mackayla, Or however you spell it. I had already selected two products which I intended to purchase but Mackayla was busy with another customer but also assured me she would be back in two minutes. And she was! The worst customer service I ever got at just jeans. I went in today and the girls wouldn’t even ask me if i needed help. They would keep asking others except me. Even on asking for help with jeans sizes, it felt like they least wanted to. Then when I went to pay for the items they kept giving looks to each other. I don’t know whether they were being racist or just mean.
Brilliant customer service by Manager, Amy!! So helpful and knowledgeable. I usually DREAD jeans shopping - but I left with TWO awesome styles!! Thanks Amy
