Tonight the family celebrated my wife's birthday at Janice. It was my first experience in this quaint bistro. There were eight of us in the group. The menu was diverse and the selections for entrees from our table were varied. I had fresh scallops with peas and mushrooms rosoto. The best I've ever tasted. Although food was good the kitchen was so noisy we couldn't hold a conversation. Apps and Entree were done within first hour and then owner obnoxiously stated that we should order dessert quickly because others were waiting for table. When we questioned what the normal reservation dinner time allotment was he stated "normally 2 hours but other parties had arrived late so their tables were given away" - he was extremely rude and offensive in his manner of explaining why we were being rushed.
