FRIENDLY STAFF, QUALITY WORK
Being a small business owner, I need all my equipment running properly and at it's peak. I rely heavily on a generator to power my food truck and when it wouldn't start, I was frantic. They took over a week to get my part and to even call me back at anytime to let me know what was going on with getting the part. So not sure why they never took the time to call me back at anytime. So will not do any business with them if they just do take care of there customers on contacting them or doing any kind of communication. Took me to call them many times to have them to call me back.
Twice now Just Jake’s has proven why he’s the only guy I’ll take my business to. I took my mower in to him today expecting to have to wait a week or so (currently there’s a two week back log) which is pretty standard for getting any repairs done. As he’s taking my mower in he stops and says “let me just look at it real quick maybe I can fix it right now”. No exaggeration, 30 seconds later it was running.
