Responsive, helpful, and explained exactly where I went wrong with my chainsaw. I bought it used - and now know what to look for if I buy another used chainsaw - and I should have gotten it in for service immediately instead of tearing into trees. I'll be back for annual service next season!
I asked Justin to repair my BR600 blower since it was not starting and hard to pull. The final diagnosis was the engine failure due to a bad fuel; gasoline was not properly mixed with oil. I really appreciate him for diligently updating the status and also for the detailed diagnosis report with photos. If I need to repair any small engines, I will not hesitate to ask him again.
Highly recommend! Do not judge with the street or the location. He is a very knowledgeable and passionate in fixing or servicing your machines. I was getting in backpack blower serviced and would highly recommend .
