I have personally worked with JIT Roofing on multiple project for myself and so has my family. I can not say enough good things about the entire team. From 1st touch to the final walk through, the whole team has been fantastic. These type of projects can be overwhelming when dealing with the insurance companies and JIT has made everything seamless and easy. 6 STARS
Roof was previously installed by JIT Roofing on a home just months before I purchased. Roof leaked and caused damage, contacted them to come look and fix. They came out and realized they didn’t seat a boot down all of the way and caulk around it. The technician agreed that it was their fault and that part was fixed that day but the company has been unresponsive when trying to get them to repair insulation and Sheetrock from the water damage. Very good company to deal with. Called to get an estimate and Ben came over w/n a couple of days with samples and estimates to do the work. The crew showed up on time and knocked the roof out in a day. They kept the work site clean and when they were done you couldn’t tell they were there! Ben followed up and made sure we were satisfied with the work. I would recommend them to my friends!

In hindsight, we should have gone with our gut and used another roofing company. Some of the early concerns included an increase of over $2000 quote difference between Jan 24 and April 24 for the same job. It was explained that the first salesperson measured wrong and the increased price reflected the correct measurements. Extremely pushy salesperson anxious for us to choose a color and sign a contract. Flippant comments that our landscaping most likely could be damaged and there is nothing that can be done.
