We are VERY happy with a complete bathroom remodel they did...moved walls, stripped everything to the studs ,new sub floor literally everything plumbing,electric,vanity,custom onyx shower and flooring was done.Erika came out and measure 2 times and gave us a itemized bid and a time frame.Justin and a worker showed up at the scheduled time frame we discussed and did and amazing job,his attention to detail was second to none.A++++ very happy customers!!
Work is good. Communication awful. Bid was 1400 for 2 men while only 1 did the job. Bid was for 100 sq feet flooring I did not get to choose. Really? Prove the charges. Update: I failed to mention the mess was not cleaned up. Since it was a floor replacement, material fell into basement and since not cleaned up my drain clogged. I am handicapped and not able to go down stairs. Unfortunately mess is still there. Needing to pay someone to help with it.
Poor customer relations, no call backs from the office.
