Well folks, once again Just In Time Heating & Cooling came through for us! We wanted to have our A/C system checked to make sure everything was running properly, so I went online and scheduled an appointment for today between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. At 9:24 a.m., I received a text letting me know Zack was on his way. Fantastic service from making the appointment to paying the bill! The technician was very up front and knowledgeable. A great company to deal with. Katie even called me to see if I wanted to move my appointment up because it is very hot outside. We weren’t able to because we were out of town, but we appreciated the gesture.

My appointment was scheduled for 1 to 4pm. I was called by Diego and asked if he could come early. Diego was able to show up at 11:30. Diego explained everything that was going on, with pictures as well. He made a suggestion that I went with, and he completed the job by 12:10. He was very knowledgeable about the unit, and professional. The price for repair was reasonable. Just In Time is definitely on my contact list for future needs. Thank you.

Thank you Diego and other technician(sorry I didn't get your name). The photos and explanations were understandable and the diagnostic work up was fast and efficient. I had another estimate and choose to have Just IN Time perform the repair because the pricing was affordable and reliable. Thanks guys for not letting me down and getting my A/C up and running.
