I had to bring my 2013 Suburban to the shop twice due to separate repairs. Each time Russ kept me completely informed of what was going on and the repairs needed. They came highly recommended. Russ and his team did a fantastic job making the repairs. I’m back on the road with the issues gone. Speed of repairs and prices were great. They are definitely my go to shop going forward. Justin was very professional and personable. He was on time and took far less time for the repair than he originally said. I had a “parking lot crunch”. I would give him 10 stars if it were possible. I will recommend him to all my friends.

I can’t say enough about the quality customer service and care at Just In Time Auto. Being a woman, I’m very particular about where I take my vehicle especially after being taken advantage of by repair shops. My doubts were quickly put to rest with Russ’ transparency and superb business ethics. Russ was super responsive and accommodating. The team worked fast and provided quality work. The prices were super reasonable and lower than other places. I’ve finally found a home for my vehicle.
