This business is one of my assignments on my job (USDA) and Mr. Chuck and Mrs. Nancy are some of the best owners I have worked with. They know their stuff and it makes my job and theirs eezy peezy. Also, the products they sell and cater are phenomenal. Catering needs, give them a try and you wont be disappointed .
Just picked up a cake of theirs at another business and it was good - be sure to let it sit overnight in the fridge. Otherwise it will be dry. Ours actually got better after a day or two.
Great food and great service! I especially love their smoked meat and poppyseed ham/cheese rolls.
