For the Most part this is hassle free storage..secure and reasonable rates. I do believe they could communicate with their clients better. Be nice to know if suddenly your gonna lock my place up cuz I'm back a month, when in the past Ive been behind 2 or more and you never denied my access.. added late fees and never sent notice .....communication please
