I chose the interior/exterior executive package and added the headliner and engine detail. I dropped my car off at 11 am and my car wasn't ready until 17:30. I paid $350 for a VW Jetta to be detailed and the work was sub-par. I took my car in and fully functioning and over 5 hours later my car was returned to me broken. The lever in my Jetta that controls the brights, turn signal and cruise control no longer function properly. I have an "err" on my dash and the cruise control symbol will not turn off on the dash. When I left the shop on Friday, I click the right turning signal on and I'm not sure if it came on. But as I was driving down Warwick I noticed the left turning signal blinking, and I couldn't turn it off. I did not make it further than Warrick and Main. I immediately called Justin and returned to the shop. That day the turning signals kept functioning improperly, and each time I used the lever for my turning signal something different happened. I didn't drive my car all weekend because the seats were so wet. On Monday when I click the switch to turn the cruise control on and set it to a speed, it did nothing. When I turned my brights on, the right turning signal comes on. When I maneuver the lever to turn the right turning signal on, the left turning signal came on. Then today, Tuesday, when I turn my brights on the right signal blinks, and the left signal won't work no matter what I try. I have never had this issue with my car, and when I told the owner Justin, he basically called me a liar. Which doesn't make sense, why would I blame an existing issue on the shop? I would never do such a thing. If the lever was broken prior to me dropping my car off, why would I invest $350 into cleaning my car instead of fixing the lever that controls my turning signals? It's obvious from how the lever is functioning that there is water damage considering how the lever is functioning. I'm not sure if it occurred during the shampooing or when they did the engine detail. It's disheartening that this has happened and they have no integrity. Now the actual work: The interior windows were dirty and had visible specks all over, maybe from the shampooing the seats, but the windows should've been cleaned. The dash and center console had not been wiped down with the "conditioner" and were dull with visible water streaks. The head liner had only been cleaned by the vanity mirrors. When I called to ask why the entire headliner wasn't cleaned considering I added it on, Carmen, the owner, stated that the headliner add on did not include the entire headliner; it only included the area near the vanity mirrors, and I had to request to have the entire headliner cleaned. I didn't see "full headliner" on their price list nor did Justin state that when he asked if I wanted to add the headliner service on. There was rust on the rubber in the door jam, I asked why it had not been wiped off and Carmen told me it wouldn't come off because it was rust. But I wiped the rubber with my finger and the rust residue came off. She then stated that the rust would just return when it rained. I don't understand why she wouldn't wipe it off, after all it is a called "detailing" for a reason. Then there were leaves and dirt rubber seal of the trunk that were not touched. There were a few scuff marks on body of the car that I showed her and she said that it wasn't included in the package. I rubbed the mark with my finger and it was easily removed. On Monday Carmen rectified all the cleaning issues aside from the few noticeable scuff marks on the body of the white car. There white salt residue on my carpet as if they never shampoo it. I don't recommend this detailing shop.

On a 3pm phone call, Justin took me in at the last minute after hearing that another company had no-showed me at 1pm that day, despite email and phone call confirmations the night before, leaving me in the lurch. A dealership had been scheduled to pick up my vehicle at 4pm, following the cleaning, to provide me a trade-in value. Thanks to Justin taking me within an hour of my call, I was able to reschedule the dealership pickup for the following day. Justin and his team did a terrific job on my car. I only got the exterior done since the interior was already clean. They washed and waxed, shined the wheels, and washed the engine compartment. I went to have coffee with a friend and didn't even recognize my car sitting at the curb when we returned - I thought it was someone else's new car parked there, ha! Thanks, Justin & Team! Great job and spirit; I'll be back. TEN FINGERS UP! 😁

We love the job that Just’In Detail did on our Shelby GT350. From start to finish, they were professional and went above and beyond for us. They took the best care of the Shelby and she looks absolutely amazing! Thank you again, Just’In Detail!

Worth every penny!!! I’m a car guy and see gimmicky products all the time . Ceramic coating with 9H is not one of them. Justin & his crew blew me away with their work and Expertise . Well run company to boot!

I took my car here to get it ceramic coated and I couldn’t have been happier with the results. My car looks like glass! They pay very close attention to detail and take their time to make sure your car is flawless when you come pick it up. I would definitely recommend all their services the work and customer service is above and beyond!
