I chose the interior/exterior executive package and added the headliner and engine detail. I dropped my car off at 11 am and my car wasn't ready until 17:30. I paid $350 for a VW Jetta to be detailed and the work was sub-par. I took my car in and fully functioning and over 5 hours later my car was returned to me broken.
