They were supposed to be here from 12-2. I had to reach out a few times because they didn't show. They said they were running late, which is fine. I just wish they would have communicated that to me since I took a half day from work. He finally showed at 5. He was nice and thorough. We were just disappointed with being late and not letting us know.

Outstanding installation by Professional, knowledgeable, respectful, personable technicians. Very respectful of us and our property. Water Heater installed within 24 hours of failure! This was a Remarkable and greatly appreciated accomplishment. Great Communication concerning the project and choices we had. Justin, Ian and Mike were great. Highly recommend Just In Case Plumbing! I had an emergency and my drain line was backing up into my sink and shower. They got out to my place first thing in the morning. Mike was great he went the extra mile to help me out and get my drain unclogged. I would definitely call them again.
