Just In Case Mechanical is always quick to respond and gets out to fix the problem ASAP! Love working with their team! I've been using them for many years now..simple tasks such as fixing the plumbing in a toilet to replacing a whole new faucet leading from inside to outside of the house! Just in Case replaced our sewer line recently. Our house is old, and as with most old houses, there were some unexpected issues to work around, but Justin was able to problem-solve things. It meant more work to do things correctly so we would not be up against sewer line issues again in the future. Justin is fantastic! He responds quickly, is professional, and only recommends what we actually need. I can't imagine calling anyone else! Recently, my husband had trouble replacing some leaky piping behind our shower head. He called, Justin for advice who stopped by for a few minutes to check on my husband's work and give him a few tips to make it a tight seal. That's just who he is - amazing customer service!
