It has been exactly one month since the installation was completed, and it has been a terrible experience. The salesperson explicitly promised me that I would receive money back as a cash incentive for signing the contract, which turned out to be completely false. As soon as the job was finished, the representative completely disappeared and now refuses to answer my calls or messages. It is highly unprofessional to lie about financial incentives just to close a deal and then ghost the customer. Do not trust their word."
BlueSun provided White-Glove Service from start to finish- from my first and last meetings with Daniel to the intermittent installation meetings with Angel and other crew members - everyone was always polite, respectful and helpful - I would recommend them for any of the services they provide
Estoy contenta con el servicio que me dieron y la atencion al cliente es muy rapida, les recomiendo por que antes pagaba mucho de electricidad y con los paneles bajo mi pago y en mi area se va mucho la luz por las vias del tren pero con la bateria solucionamos eso
