Update 1: They have agreed to pay for a new cabin air filter. Its unfortunate that I am writing this review. I bought a used car from here and must admit their service is nice and friendly, special shoutout to Dario. No complaints there. My main complaint lies on the condition of the car. During inspection, it smells heavily of cigarettes and I had asked if that can be cleaned out to which they agreed. However, when I picked up the car, it still smelled heavily of cigarettes. If I could give 0 stars I would. We purchased a Ford Kuga from just honk in November and I’m so disappointed. The service initially was great. However the car has now broken down (4.5 months later) and we are looking at hefty costs to get the car fixed ($6,000) of course we are out of warranty and are also experiencing financial losses as my partner cannot commute for work and his job is largely based around travelling.
