Meant to write a review a few months ago and completely forgot. Cant recommend Rory enough. Really helped us out when we had an emergency and the previous plumber hadn't spotted the problem during the service a few days before. Sorted us out very quickly and was easy to pay. I agree with all previous reviewers, and would heartily recommend Rory (and able assistant Cameron) for your heating needs. They carried out a power flush of my Parents' central heating and it is now working very well. Rory's communication with the customer was superb - phoned me about the issue a couple of hours after my initial email, and thereafter told me when he would be arriving and phoned in advance just beforehand. Best gas heater guy EVER. Called others and got no help and paid so much money. This guy had me sorted in 5 minutes!! JUST HEAT NI - will be my number one for all issues from now on. I’m delighted. Now I can get back to writing my books. Thank you!
Texted Rory at 08:30 on a Saturday due to boiler not firing, he was at my door within the hour. Boiler sorted and panic has subsided. I would definitely recommend Rory.
Contacted this guy to check a boiler not running. Sorted it out in my absence. He's just made a life customer. He could have asked me for any amount of money and I wouldn't have known the difference. Just charged a very reasonable call out charge. Fair play buddy. I hop my review is of some benefit!
