I have been going to Just Hear (Craig) for many years. I travel from the Fleurieu Peninsula. I highly recommend his services, he is thorough and has his clients best interests at heart. After many negative experiences with large providers it is nice to be treated as an individual in a caring environment.
Returned for a follow-up review after having the hearing aids for 4 years. Craig was as professional as ever. Tested my hearing and the aids. Found a slight deterioration in my hearing, Found the aids were still in good working order and adjusted them to suit my new requirements. Noticeable improvement in my hearing following adjustment. I find Craig knowledgeable and explains things well. He is an independent audiologist. There was no 'sales pressure'. Overall a good experience and highly recommended.
