Craig is such a legend and knows his stuff - genuinely a nice guy that wants to help people, I was referred through a mate. I was always turned off getting any hearing devices, Craig introduced me to the cross aid model which is perfect for being deaf in one ear and I’ve never looked back! Highly recommend!
Craig was awesome at what he does. Assuring and very friendly. Completely unblocked my left ear and it was one of the most wonderful experience ever. :) highly recommend to anyone who needs hearing/ear related clinical help.
