So I really didn’t wanna leave a bad review, but my hair is orange.. 🍊 I came in for a balayage, I waited for an extra 50 minutes after my appointment time before I got in the chair and my roots are orange. I’ve been getting this same style for years and have never had this happen. Really disappointed 😔

If I could give zero stars I would. Sade refused to honor my groupon for balayage even though in the Groupon policy it states very clear: that may be repurchased every 365 days. Last time I went to this salon for a balayage with a Groupon was about 4 years ago. I was not told I cannot use Groupon again as the Groupon policy is very clear that could be repurchased once a year. Love this salon. Sadé is my stylist. Not only is she friendly and attentive but she’s also great with styling and keratin treatments. I will not go to any other salon now that I found her.

Sade does a decent job at hair but I was heavily dissatisfied with my service. First I got there exactly on time for my service which was 11:25 and she didn’t arrive until 5 mins later which ofc is fine but didn’t even come and speak to me until about 40 mins after my appointment time. Then told me I would have to wait 30 more minutes. She didn’t take me until 12:40 almost an hour and a half after my appointment.
