I was disappointed in the lack of service. One person was there doing alterations. She did not acknowledge people coming into the store and did not offer any assistance. I had called ahead of time to ask if an appointment was required and was told no appointment needed for the consignment area. I attempted to find the consignment area on my own by passing the person doing alterations. I believe it was in an area that was not accessible without store clerk help.
