Sorry so say we had to re-do Ellas prom hair as everything fell out and the curls didn’t stay after paying 115.00 for the service. This was unfortunate. We went to this salon last year for prom and her hair worked out but this time, it was rushed. Make sure you schedule times accordingly so you have plenty of time to do a good job.
