I went to purchase furniture, I saw glauria she was nice but not really good at her job . She only wants you to sign and get your money . She sold me furniture that the manufacturer doesn’t make anymore. She told me the delivery will be 2 to 3 weeks at the end of 2 weeks I called to check for the delivery date and it’s at that moment they told me that I have to go to reselect due to a discontinuation of the product from the manufacturer. Very disappointing experience. My mom purchased a dining room set for about $1,600, and unfortunately the customer service we received was very poor. As soon as we opened the box, we noticed that the table had a damaged/peeled area. I immediately contacted the seller and sent photos showing the damage, so they were notified right away. Jaime, My salesman was fantastic. Straightforward didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want. Gave me an exceptional deal on. It gave me all the tricks ins and outs for it and I also got free delivery gonna ask for a better sales person. This is the second time I have purchased furniture from the Quakertown store very happy with it. Five stars.
I came in with my 2 adult kids and my 2 grandchildren I wasn't sure what kind of sectional or bed for myself and bed and frame and headboard my son wanted but I definitely wanted something structured and long lasting for my son. But as for my furniture it definitely has to be very strong and something I can wipe off if anyone spilled juice and or food on,I wanted something light but not to light if you know what I mean.
