I sadly have to now share the same experience with Danielle as we have not received our bedroom set that was on floor display, our order was placed December 6th and we’re told mid to late January, I’ve had to go out of my own way to try and find things out on my order instead of being reached out to about delays or updates to my order. We purchased a sectional from this store and were told 4-8 weeks for delivery, which we paid extra for. We are now sitting at 11 weeks with no sign of the furniture we purchased and every time we call to inquire we receive a different excuse and are often told they need to call us back about it. Hopefully I can come back here and be happy to report that we did finally receive what we purchased and I can add a few stars, though as of right now that does not seem hopeful.
Purchased a sectional from this store weeks ago. Ended up receiving just before the holidays. Very happy with how it looks in our living room. Potentially going back for matching ottoman.

The multiple signs have said for months, STORE CLOSING EVERYTHING MUST GO, which any logical individual immediately thinks, product is being sold at possible heavy discounts to empty remaining showroom floor inventory. This is false. We arrive with a certain mindset walking in, and quickly realize this is a deceiving and misleading ploy to get customers in this extremely tough economy.
