I have sent 4 emails inquiring about a status update for an order I made back in the beginning of August. I was told originally my furniture would be here last week. It has not come. No one has emailed me back as to what the update is either. I went into the Easton store and the women there said the manager of the entire business handles the emails and he is the one who knows online order status updates and can give me an exact date and I have to wait for him to email me back. Horrible to try and get a hold of! Only can reach them through email and even then they take forever to respond! Once I finally got a call back after a couple of emails out it was working hours so I unfortunately missed the call and it was restricted no way to call back! :( Cancled order right away because of the hard response level. On 5th day now and no refund with an order of nine hindred.
