I initially reached out via email but received no response, so I’m sharing my concerns here. I witnessed a staff member from your establishment walking five dogs in freezing temperatures, seemingly unaware of the dogs behind her. One dog, a bully breed wearing a bright yellow jacket, was limping severely due to what appeared to be a frozen paw, yet no action was taken to help. This was deeply concerning, and I hope the well-being of the animals in your care is prioritized.
Absolutely the best groomer for our double coated pominsanians. So thankful for such a great place to take our boys for an epic spa day.

My dog was groomed by Steph yesterday and it was the best haircut he has ever had. He came home clean and happy. Communication was clear and efficient. Overall it was an excellent experience!
